What is Abacus?
Abacus is a calculating tool made of beads and Rods. Numbers take the form of beads and rods the place value in the abacus.
How the System Works?
The basic function of U C MAS Abacus Mental Arithmetic is to turn the numeric concept from abstract into visible, touchable and moveable beads. The purpose of learning Abacus Mental Arithmetic is to evade the usage of paper, pencil & calculator by interpreting the beads in mind.
Will the UC Mas Method of Learning Arithmetic Confuse a Child with School Method?

Who can Join?
UC MAS is for kids between 4 to 12 years and can read & Write numbers 1 to 20.
Can a Child Enter a Level as per their Ability?
No, all students must start from level 1

- 3 (12 Weeks) Months per level
- Classes are once a week for 2 hours
Is there any homework?
Yes. Every day practice of 15 to 20 minutes is required.
What if my child misses a class?
Yes. Every day practice of 15 to 20 minutes is required.
Will the class day/time remain the same?
In U C MAS we try to keep the same day timing throughout the programme but in some exceptional cases we may change the batch timing with prior intimation.
Are the classes held throughout the year?
Classes are held throughout the year except during the annual holidays mentioned in our calendar.
